Bottom Illuminated 5 Gb/s Photodiode

PD05Q1 is a bottom illuminated photodiode featuring a large optical aperture with a diameter of 85 µm.
The photodiode is optimized for single-mode or multi-mode, fiber based data- and telecom applications up to 5 Gb/s or analog CATV up to 4 GHz and offers an excellent responsivity and high speed of response in the wavelength range from 1260 to 1620 nm.
