Four Quadrant Position Sensing Photodiode
InGaAs/InP photodiode with four individual active photodiode areas. The top illuminated four quadrant photodiode features a large active area, a small quadrant separation and high responsivity. The PD00M4 photodiode is ideally suited for position sensing and beam alignment / profiling applications.
Each quadrant is isolated and equipped with dedicated anode and cathode pads.
